Hashimoto, Takuya

TH was born in Osaka in 1979 and grew up in Shizuoka and Nara. He obtained his Ph.D. under the supervision of Professor Keiji Maruoka in 2006 at Kyoto University. During that time, he spent three month in the Carreira group as a visiting scholar in 2004. In 2007, he joined the department of chemistry at Kyoto University as Assistant Professor, working with Professor Keiji Maruoka. In 2017, he moved to Chiba University as Associate Professor (PI). Since June 2022, he is also a Chief Scientist at Riken Cluster for Pioneering Research.
